Smyrna NFL Flag Camp

Smyrna NFL Flag Football has teamed up with Its Just Work Sports training to offer a specialized camp designed to enhance football skills and overall athletic performance. This non-contact camp will prioritize mental toughness, speed/agility, quickness, nutrition, hand-eye coordination, and leadership skills, while also emphasizing fundamental position training and essential life skills like teamwork, sportsmanship, and the value of education. Sessions will take place outdoors. All  athletes will be challenged to thrive and elevate their game in a fun and motivating atmosphere.
