Smyrna Flag Football is a fun 7 week Co-Ed program divided into 4 age divisions, each designed to grow young athletes in their age-appropriate skill levels.

About the event
Games will take place between 12:00PM- 2:00PM on Sunday afternoons (subject to change depending on weather). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date. Practices take place on Wednesday each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all!

Speed and Agility training  takes place on Thursdays. All kids from our peewee division to our Superstars division receive free
sports skills training at a fun high level.

Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey and flag belt! (Refer to our sizing chart for jerseys as the NFL FLAG styles/sizes have recently been updated).

Super Pee-Wee Ages 4-5
In this division we teach the fundamentals of football in a fun and encouraging environment. It is designed to help our younger athletes learn and love the game of football. The Super Pee-Wees season consists of 7 games. Practices and Games are 45-50 minutes.

Our Junior division is the beginning of our competitive play. The athletes further develop their skills and techniques. The Juniors division season consists of 7 games and playoffs. Practices and Games are 1 hour.

Our competitive level of flag football while still growing, developing and building confidence. The Senior season consists of 7 games and playoffs/championship. Practices and Games are 1 hour.
