Smyrna Flag Football is a fun 7 week Co-Ed program divided into 4 age divisions, each designed to grow young athletes in their age-appropriate skill levels. Also 6 week FREE speed and agility training program included!

About the event
Games will take place between 4:00PM- 8:00PM on Sunday afternoons (subject to change depending on weather). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date. Practices take place on prior to each game to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all!
Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey and flag belt! (Refer to our sizing chart for jerseys as the NFL FLAG styles/sizes have recently been updated).
Our program relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! We encourage all parents/community members interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. We will provide several resources along with a zoom coaches meeting discussing rules to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season!

Super Pee-Wee Ages 4-5 Co-ed
In this division we teach the fundamentals of football in a fun and encouraging environment. It is designed to help our younger athletes learn and love the game of football. The Super Pee-Wees season consists of 7 games. Practices and Games are 45-50 minutes.

Juniors: Ages 6-8 Co-ed
Our Junior division is the beginning of our competitive play. The athletes further develop their skills and techniques. The Juniors division season consists of 7 games and playoffs. Practices and Games are 1 hour.

Seniors: Ages 9-11: Co-ed
Our competitive level of flag football while still growing, developing and building confidence. The Senior season consists of 7 games and playoffs/championship. Practices and Games are 1 hour.

Our most competitive level of flag football while still growing, developing and building confidence. The superstar season consists of 7 games and playoffs/championship. Practices and Games are 1 hour.

Legends: Ages 28-UP Co-ed
Our most competitive level of flag football where passion, skill, and leadership come together. The Legends Division is built for adults who still love the game and want to lace up their cleats for a fun, competitive, and unforgettable time on the field. Season includes 7 regular-season games including playoffs and a championship. Practices will be held before games, and each fast-paced, fun game will last 30 minutes.
